The Community Resource Council brings together government agencies, civic, service and faith based organizations from the Los Banos area for several important purposes. The following are amongst the reasons community groups and service providers should consider participating:
Share and advertise your group's local work.
Advertise your upcoming events, ask others to participate or volunteer.
Sharing events with other partners reduces your manpower and financial needs.
Gain information on collaborative grants and grant writing assistance through the Merced County Family Resource Council. Most grants now require collaborative relationships.
You will learn to better understand the efforts of your community partners and be able to better serve your constituents.
Meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 9:00am at the Police Annex Building.
